Activities

  • Develop a truly distinctive solution for payers and providers in APMs to optimize workflows and patient care journeys
  • Deliver the digital platform, including the predictive analytics and real-time patient guidance, that payers and providers need to confidently negotiate and succeed in APMs
  • Align our incentives with those of our partners with ongoing support and outcomes-based fee structures to facilitate the transition to APMs

Commitments

  • Educate members/stakeholders/consumers on the importance of APM adoption
  • Provide written and technical resources and assistance in support of APM adoption
  • Spread best practices around APM adoption
  • Encourage business associates to operate under value-based payment arrangements/APMs
  • As applicable serve as a “convener” to support and promote APM adoption
  • Share LAN materials and information
  • Encourage partners and stakeholders to provide input into LAN activities
  • Provide leadership on and participation in LAN committees and workgroups
